The WTF automatic pani puri cart in Kharadi, Pune — four paani flavours on the counter

WTF started in Indore — the cleanest city in India — with one belief: the flavour of the street shouldn't come with the guesswork. Four Indori paanis, RO water, a sensor pour, gloved hands.

Today WTF is 35+ franchise carts across 15+ Indian cities, plus outlets in Malaysia, Thailand and Dubai. 56,000+ people follow along on Instagram. The Kharadi cart is where the machine lives closest to home.

Hygiene, by design

Four things we don't compromise.

RO WATER

Every paani, every day. Filtered on the cart.

SENSOR POUR

No hand touches your puri. Motion-triggered nozzle.

GLOVED SERVE

Fresh gloves each shift. Every plate.

EV BASE

Battery, not diesel. No fumes near your food.

The team

Small team. Big opinions on chutney.

Founded in Kharadi in 2025. A team of six on any given evening — one on the machine, one on the plate, one on the pass, three moving between paani, potato and pickup.

We hire for taste before speed. We taught ourselves the machine because nobody else was going to build it for us.
